Analyze Your Business

In this Analysis, you can learn more about whether the DPV perspective and approach may have practical utility for your organization. If your organization manages multiple businesses, you may wish to apply this Analysis to one of those, then repeat for others if you find it insightful.

Assessment of Your Business Culture

For your business (or, for each one you decide to analyze here) you can first assess its business culture. That is, ask: Is your organization “Trapped in the Conventional Culture?” (Is it ‘Internally-Driven’ and/or ‘Customer-Compelled,’ as described in some detail below)? Or, has your organization, “Got a Value-Delivery Culture?” That is, has it got: the “Market Insights” it needs?; a “Real and Complete Value Delivery Strategy?”; and if so, a “Winning Breakthrough Strategy?”.

Trial Application of DPV Tools to Your Business

Then, if you wish, you can try a brief trial application of a few key DPV tools to your business (or, to each one you analyze here). Thus, you may learn something new about the business and organization, and be able to better judge whether and how the DPV approach might help you achieve a real breakthrough.
