The DPV Group - Who we are - Why we can help

   

Our Group's President/founder, Michael Lanning, first created the seminal concepts of Value Proposition & Value Delivery System, in the early 1980's

We later developed our systematic methodology for developing non-obvious Value Propositions by deeply studying current marketplace experiences

In 1998, M. Lanning published the definitive book on Value Propositions and these related concepts, titled Delivering Profitable Value

In recent years, we have broken exciting new conceptual ground in successfully applying our breakthrough-growth methodology to mature, seemingly commoditized categories, often in context of long, complex Value Delivery Chains

Central to this expansion of our capabilities has been the growing participation, in our Group, of professionals with extensive relevant general management experience

Senior general management and/or strategy consulting backgrounds in world-class firms- P&G, McKinsey, Hewlett-Packard, others

Extensive experience in B2B, heavy-industry, high-tech, and consumer/mass businesses, and in integrating these into unified strategies

Our emphasis is on coaching clients to understand the DPV concepts, build strategic capabilities, and develop and implement winning strategies across complex chains
